Traditonal Services
Our traditional services include but are not limited to the services; arrangement conference with family or responsible party; arrangement of funeral or other disposition; preparation and filing of necessary authorizations and permits; recording vital statistics; preparation and placement of obituary notices; coordination with a third party providing other portions of the funeral, e.g. cemetery, crematory and others.
Our traditional services entail the following:
Professional Service of Staff
Our experienced funeral directors and support team are available 24/7 to guide your family through every aspect of the planning process, providing compassionate care and professional attention.
Transfer of Remains to Lloyd Edward Memorial
Transportation of your loved one from the place of death (home, hospital, or other facility) to our funeral home, using licensed and respectful methods.
Embalming
The temporary preservation of remains using industry-standard methods. Embalming is strongly recommended for open-casket viewings and traditional services.
Hearse
A professionally maintained funeral coach to transport the casket from the funeral service location to the cemetery or final resting place.
Preparation of Remains
Includes dressing, cosmetology, casketing, and hygienic care of the deceased to ensure a dignified presentation for public or private viewing.
Limousine – Upon Request
A limousine service is available for family transportation on the day of service, based on your preference and needs.
Facility
Use of our chapel and visitation rooms for viewing, prayer services, and the funeral ceremony. Facilities are designed for comfort, privacy, and respectful gatherings.
Transfer to Burial and/or Cemetery site
Coordination and transportation of your loved one to the designated cemetery or burial site for final interment, ensuring respectful and timely arrival.
Immediate Burial
Our services for an immediate burial, without any attendant rites or ceremonies, includes but are not limited to removal and shelter of remains, local transportation to cemetery, necessary services of staff, and authorizations. This charge does not include embalming, other preparation of remains, use of facilities, automotive equipment except as specifically set forth above, merchandise, or cash advance items.

This charge does not include any additional visitation, rites or ceremonies. This charge also does not include the cost of a casket or cash advance items.

Ship-out Services
Our ship-out services include but are not limited to include removal of remains, necessary services of staff, embalming, necessary authorizations, and local transportation to the airport (IAH, Ellington, or Hobby). This charge does not include visitations, rites, or ceremonies prior to forwarding of the body.

International Repatriation
Our repatriation services provide professional care for remains being forwarded to another location. These services include removal of remains, embalming, preparation, local transportation to the airport (IAH, Ellington, or Hobby), and necessary staff services and authorizations.
Please note: This service does not include visitations, rites, or ceremonies prior to forwarding the remains.
